Designed as a dynamic lifestyle hub for ages 17–29, the space merges nostalgic craftsmanship with modern youth culture. Featuring PlayStation rentals, billiards, coffee, and a versatile outdoor garden for live events, it breathes vibrant new life into classic architecture.
